Availabilities
"The intention behind this gin was to bottle the maritime terroir of Charlevoix. Our forager chose various coastal plants in areas along the river where they grow in abundance (dulse seaweed, Scotch lovage, flowering beach pea, spear-leaved orache, samphire, wild rose). These plants were picked to the rhythm of the tides, whether in the clay soil along a beach, rooted in black sand, at the foot of rocks far from the shore at low tide, among the salt hay, or even washed up on the beach after a storm. We distilled it all in the traditional way and added a hint of seawater before bottling. The result is a unique herbaceous gin that recalls the salty, fragrant air of Charlevoix’s shores."
