When we say that a gin is made from the raw material to the bottle, it means that the manufacturing process is done entirely in the distillery. So the base alcohol used was made and distilled in the distillery, then processed using botanicals to create a gin, all on the spot. The raw material can be grain, honey, maple, fruits, berries, whey and more.

"The idea behind this product: it is a 100% Quebec gin, from grain to bottle. The distillery’s base spirit is interesting to work with, with its caramelized hints, and it pairs wonderfully with the fruitiness of the blueberries. The juniper is not Communis (commonly used in making gin) but Chinensis, native to our regions. Chinensis gives the final product a profile that is more “earthy” than “piney”. The rose petals are only there to bring “texture” and softness on the finish, and can barely be detected
Once again, this is a product to be savoured slowly; it evolves beautifully in the glass and on the palate.
