"Produced by the Absintherie des Cantons distillery in Granby, this slightly sweeter 'Old Tom' style edition has nothing to do with the sea buckthorn Wendigo gin. Before distillation, a few traditional botanicals are macerated in a neutral spirit for more than 12 hours. After distillation, it is sweetened with Miel d'Anicet honey, giving it its 'pastry' character and golden hue. Unsurprisingly, the gin's name is inspired by the David Bowie song from the 1969 album Space Oddity. A rather exclusive product!"
