Martini glass
Martini glasses are conical shaped glasses on a stem that usually hold around 130ml (about 4.5oz). These glasses are normally used for short, ice-free cocktails with a scent component and it is the correct width of these glasses that allows the scent components they contain to be felt when placed under the nose. Martini glasses are the most iconic in cocktail culture and they are held by the stems to avoid heating the drink.
